Answer: You can buy our products from online or from our outlets. You can also order our product over phone and we will ensure home delivery.

5. What are the delivery facilities you offered?
Answer: Inside Dhaka we deliver our products at free of charge if the product price is above 1000 (one thousand) taka.Outside Dhaka we charge the actual transport cost.
6. What is your warranty/guaranty policy?
Answer: Can be replaced or exchanged within 7 days if built-in problem found.
7. What is return policy?
- Warranty: we provide warranty (6 months- 2 years) based on the product.
- Guaranty: During warranty period if the product becomes non-functional due to manufacturing fault, Despina Limited will replace the product.
8. What is your payment policy?
Answer: We accept Bkash and cash payment. We also collect our payment on delivery. For institutional buyer we accept payment by cheque. Moreover, we offer daily or weekly or monthly installment on some specific products.
